GAJEK ENGINEERING Co. Ltd. started operation on December 8, 2000, with NAVIMOR as the majority shareholder. The company follows the operation of the Technical Innovations Enterprise (TIE) developed by Mr Jacek Gajek Eng. Ph.D. since 1992. The specialists of TIE joined GAJEK ENGINEERING and they hold ca. 45% of shares.

SEAPOWER POLSKA started as joint venture with the Swedish company SEA POWER INTERNATIONAL AB (publ) from November 2001. The company is established for engineering and construction of the Floating Wave Power Vessels (FWPV) and the tidal stream turbines. Both are the concepts for generating of the environment friendly electric power from the energy of waves, tides and currents to supply the shore and island areas where the diesel generators should be replaced.
SEA POWER INTERNATIONAL AB is a public limited company listed on the Stockholm Stack Exchange, formed in 1987. The company has presently the capital of more then 11 MSEK in stockholders' equity and about 500 shareholders. SEA POWER INTERNATIONAL AB (publ) is the centre for the group and the leader in research and development.
When the design and construction of the FWPV and the tidal stream generators are completed by SEAPOWER POLSKA, the company would offer building services along with complete technical and service support - as the effective engineering arm of the SEAPOWER grouping of companies. Necessary know-how and experience is at the disposal together with well established relations with a variety of marine engineering & manufacturing companies.
The marketing strategy is elaborated and shall be put in operation as an international joint venture. Following the group strategy and providing synergies, the company shall develop market opportunities along with the strategic direction of the group.
Power stations would either be sold to a country/organization or provided on a charter/lease basis supplying power on per kWh basis. Separate country or regional companies would be formed to manage the supply of electricity and perform maintenance/technical support etc.
