NAVIMOR developed the combined technical and financial inspection of the credits advanced by the banks to Polish shipyards in 1992. These procedures offered the viable solution of the problems, while the situation of the industry was calling for the conservative approach at the financial sector.
The up-to-date experience proved the effectivity of the concept. The follow-the-leader attempts of other companies also show that our product won certain position on the market.
The combined technical and financial inspections are also offered for financing other industries: the complete investment projects in industrial installations, construction and housing industry, infrastructure.

Objective

The combined technical and financial inspections limit the risks of the bank-creditor. With the ongoing monitoring of the ship construction the financing is advanced to the shipyard as the job progresses and according to the job that has been originally scheduled for next stages of ship construction. At every moment the credit is advanced only to the limit set by actual progress of work.
