In the beginning of 1991 several NAVIMOR subsidiary companies opened their activity. The group of trading offices for the shipyards and the ship owners were launched on the market. The servicing departments, i.a. forwarding, custom clearance, legal and advertising, were also separated into commercial entities.
The NAVIMOR trade mark appeared in several new private companies to support their market debut and approaching new clients.
NAVIMOR held the blocking share in new companies. The remaining shares were in hands of the private shareholders - previous employees of NAVIMOR.
The companies, who were both aggressive in new market segments and flexible enough in reacting to the changing trends, enjoyed the success. They accumulated and reinvested the profits to strengthen their standing and position in new developments.
The value and profits of the leading companies of the NAVIMOR Group show the growth year by year. The companies have been changing and transforming their structures, scopes and ranges of activities. When there were little prospects for development or management faults the companies were closed down. In some other cases, the shares were sold to the shareholders. Since June 2000 NAVIMOR has developed new business relations
