In July 1998 the Estim Marine Consulting company assisted the Board of Management in development and introduction of the quality system in accordance with the ISO 9002 standard. The diagnosis and analysis proved the adjustment of then existing practices and procedures to the ISO 9002 standard requirements.
Many of the procedures have been up-dated: from the document handling procedure to the quality manual.
Certain improvement in the operation of the Company, in particular in documents handling and management has also been achieved.

The quality manual was approved and introduced on 15th of February, 1999. After 6 months of operation the Board of Management applied for the certification to Messrs. Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance Ltd.

The certificate proving that the quality management system at PHZ NVIMOR Co. Ltd. is in conformity with the requirements of ISO 9002:1994 standard was issued by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance Ltd. on 29th of November, 1999.
The system covers the technical and financial supervision in shipbuilding.
The certificate is valid to 30^th of November, 2002.
The positive results of an audit in June 2000 proved the existing quality of management system.
